We believe that baked goods should be eaten fresh. We start cooking early morning before we open. As part of our renovations we added a viewing window into our kitchen, so families can watch our bakers create donuts and other goodies. The cider donuts have a huge following in the fall. We were listed as a top place to get cider donuts in Connecticut one year after our reopening. We now offer a variety of artesian donuts, made fresh daily.  Rotating craft made donut flavors include these and more:

Pies Made By Hand

We are committed to making all of our products on site. A lot of places will bake off pre-made pies manufactured in factories. We understand from a business perspective why this is necessary. Making pies from scratch is a costly, labor intensive process. That other way doesn't work for us. We believe in using quality ingredients. Hand crafting our pies, and all of our fresh baked goods, allow us to have control over that. We think you can taste the difference. Our pies are made every day, but sell out quickly. Not all flavors are available daily, and some are only made in-season. We encourage all customers to order ahead to guarantee that you get what you want. We bake seasonal Call to see current flavors
